Client Services Assistant



Fitch Learning is currently seeking a Client Services Assistant based out of our London office.

You’ll be working in a brilliant team of Client Services Assistants and Manager, where you’ll be supporting delegates with their Professional Qualification requirements on a global basis.

Hybrid working, with three days working alongside colleagues in our modern central London offices and two days working from home.


We’ll Count on You To:

Administer delegate registrations for training courses and exams in line with our defined Service Levels for both Fitch Learning’s corporate clients, as well as self-funded delegates.
Work with a designated Client Services Manager on key client accounts and assisting with client programmes.
Support delegates with processing changes and cancellations to exams/programmes.
Respond professionally and efficiently to delegate and client queries via a range of communication channels.
Accurately process booking data including confirmations and results through Fitch Learning systems and with 3rd party vendors.
Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and delegates alike.
Provide advice to delegates on study options.
Follow agreed processes and policies defined by clients and examining bodies, to ensure that bookings and associated invoices are accurate and issued in line with expectations.
Be an active and engaged member of a busy Client Services team and proactively support continuous service development to provide service excellence to our clients.


What You Need to Have:

Experience of working in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment, managing conflicting priorities of email responses, phone calls and internal requirements.
Experience working in a similar high-volume role with defined Service Levels and tight deadlines.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams and solid experience of communication systems such as Zoom/WebEx.
Excellent, professional telephone manner.
Experience of using service management platforms (i.e. ZenDesk)
Ability to deal with urgent requirements and sometimes challenging client conversations, where delegates are chasing for exam results or exam slot availability.
An excellent attention to detail.
We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive in approach and has the ability to remain calm under pressure.
