Responsibilities:
The Business Operations Leader is responsible for steering the UX strategy as part of the UX Leadership team, coordinating with the overall strategy of the Nokia and Business Groups.
Furthermore, they guarantee that the IT strategy is translated into actionable steps, consistent with IT execution plans and capability roadmaps, and oversees the deployment, execution, and communication of the IT strategy.
They manage the project portfolio with transparency, from establishing priorities to outlining and monitoring it, in accordance with Nokia's business objectives and annual budget, aiming to optimize the benefits for the company; they contribute to and assist IT Functions in providing projects and services comprehensively from start to finish.
They consistently pursue avenues for enhancement across IT domains, applying analytical abilities and a broad perspective. This includes collaborating with universities or research institutes as appropriate.
They also develop, formalize, and deploy IT Performance management tools and communicate the IT unit's performance through established Scorecards and Dashboards.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience:
Master’s degree in engineering/ IT or equivalent with 15-20 years of experience.
