Facilities Project Manager/Analyst- Associate Director

Fitch Group is currently seeking a Facilities Project Manager/Analyst – Associate Director based out of our NYC office.

The Facilities Project Manager/Analyst is a hybrid role that combines project management with analytical expertise to ensure the efficient planning, execution, and evaluation of facilities-related projects. This role involves overseeing projects from inception to completion, managing budgets, and analyzing data to optimize facility operations. The Facilities Project Manager/Analyst will work closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

FOR NEW YORK ROLES ONLY: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $80,000 and $100,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
