The Role

Our Tele-communications, Media and Technology group is looking for a Senior Consultant who can deliver within Cognizant’s Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence, which are: 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development, & 5) People Development. As a senior consultant, overseeing advisory consulting engagements, being a trusted advisor to clients, establishing oneself as a thought leader in your field, solving complex problems, consultatively working with a client to achieve business goals, driving contributions to offerings and innovations, and serving as a people leader, guiding multiple teams as they work to transform a client and the world. We are seeking dynamic professionals to join our team to help our clients create robust marketing project management solutions by building dashboards, automations, and integrations using Adobe Workfront. Workfront has built in interfaces to allow non tech folks to build automations, dashboards, and integrations.

Responsibilities:

Designing and implementing custom dashboards, developing automation workflows to streamline operations, and integrating various systems to enhance overall efficiency.
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are critical, as is the capability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly.
Work as a strategic partner of the business and be the liaison between business and technology.
Keep alignment with business groups on strategic vision and business priorities
Understand technology capabilities required to support business needs, Product development, business process and requirements
Understand industry trends, emerging technologies and competitor offerings and align product roadmap for differentiation and market leadership.
Product development, business process and requirements.
Translate business needs into requirements and work with development team through the entire project lifecycle.
Work with the business to define participations and residual requirements, and provide insight on various guild rules

Qualifications:

Around 4+ years of experience in business/domain consulting within Communications, Media and Technology.
Business requirement gathering, communication, and Adobe/Workfront knowledge a Must
Will possess experience with low code / no code platforms, as well as understand digital marketing and related processes.
While direct experience with Adobe Workfront is not required, experience creating dashboards and automations in similar project management and workflow automation tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, Trello, Microsoft Power Automate, and Power BI is essential.
Successful candidates will have a background in project management, data analysis, and process automation
Some basic experience with JavaScript, python, SQL queries would be helpful.
Experience in Safe Agile & knowledge of Agile tools (JIRA, ADO etc..) a plus

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 8/16/2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $85,000.00 to $125,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
