The Role:

The IAM Service Delivery Junior Analyst is an entry level position responsible for assisting in operational control efforts to prevent, monitor and respond to operational issues, process issues, self-identified and audit findings. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the execution of Operational Risk programs, Information Security directives and activities in alignment with Citi's data security policy.

Responsibilities

Generate metrics and ensure productivity to guarantee Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and client expectations are met
Monitor risk by analyzing the root cause of issues, impacts to business, and required corrective actions
Initiate the assessment, knowledge transfer, and transition of new security systems
Ensure essential procedures are followed, define operating standards and processes and develop procedures and process control manuals
Perform information security awareness and training activities
Suggest improvement to process efficiencies
Verify through testing that essential procedures are followed
Provide informal guidance or on-the-job-training to new team members
Coordinate internal and external audit requests
Review and validate data for accuracy and completeness
Mitigate risk by analyzing the root cause of issues, impacts to business, and required corrective actions and develop security solutions
Ensure Information Security (IS) compliance and seek opportunities to enhance the efficiency of respective policies and procedures
Identify significant IS threats and vulnerabilities, and define appropriate controls for discovered threats, documenting the business response
Disseminate changes to IS regulations and standards to Business and Program owners
Provide IS advice and counsel as needed
Qualifications

2+ years' experience in Information Security/Cybersecurity with a firm understanding of policies, standards, and controls
Any experience with IAM is highly preferred (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, MFA, etc.)
Must have experience with MS SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Jira or other project management tools
Demonstrated ability to research and apply industry-current Information Security standards
Issue Management experience is preferred
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
Proven relationship management and influencing skills
Know when to escalate
Proven analytical skills

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Technical Certifications are a big plus (e.g., Security+, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, etc.)
