Provide high quality financial support and analysis to the assigned businesses
•
Pro-actively drive financial analysis and recommendations by identifying revenue and gross margin trends, market information, and customer dynamics
•
Provide timely forecasting/budgeting – including quarterly, annual, long term strategic and all supporting analysis
•
Assist with key analytics around inventory and accounts receivable
•
Lead the creation and presentation of complex financial analysis and modeling to support business decision making and support the strategy, including Capital Spending, M&A activities, etc
•
Prepare quality financial reporting as required for (management operating reviews (MOR), quarterly business reviews (QBR), annual operating plan (AOP), and ad hoc presentations)
•
The slides should tell the story as well as actions plans where appropriate
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in large multinational manufacturing corporation - progressing in finance/accounting and working in a matrixed environment
•
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
•
Ability to interact effectively with executives, management and functional peer groups and to gain cooperation from others
•
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate/present issues and recommendations in a clear and concise manner, excellent business acumen
•
Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be highly organized, detail oriented, able to multitask, prioritize, and respond when sense of urgency is present
•
Team oriented and capable of collaborating across multiple functions within the organization
•
Ability to interact with all Finance functions – Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and Treasury
•
Confident with strong interpersonal, influencing, and time management skills
•
Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and management
•
Possess the ability to work independently and exercise own judgment
•

SAP and related systems (BPC, SAC, etc.)

Microsoft Office Suite capabilities (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Assist in Sales/customer/market trend analysis, Product profitability, pricing analysis, modeling, and other key business analytics
•
Partner closely with the Operations organizations and operations finance on variance analysis, productivity tracking, management of fixed costs, etc
•
Help to maintain a strong, cost-effective controls environment ensuring compliance with SEC, US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley accounting and reporting regulations, and company accounting policies and procedures
