Adecco is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a beautiful corporate clients office in downtown Boise. If you are the right candidate for this opportunity, you are independent, driven and curious and will take great pride in your expertise functioning in Accounts Payable/ Receivable and credit processing.
Accounting Degree
3 years experience with various accounting systems- (Oracle, Great Plains, PeopleSoft, SAP, Edwards)
3 yrs. Accounts Payable, inventory, or Purchase order experience in a corporate environment
Basic understanding of accounting practices such as accruals, reversing entries, balance sheet reconciliations.
Experience in the full Accounts Payable process including pay runs, setting up vendors, account coding and special check handling.
OUTSTANDING ability to self-start.
Attention to Detail and accuracy with an expectation of no duplicate or incorrect payments to the wrong vendor.
Intermediate level excel spreadsheet experience (lookups, pivot tables etc.).
Ability to trouble shoot and do vendor payable research.
Great attitude in a time of transition.
Exhibit prior experience in quickly gaining knowledge of new systems.
Additional understanding of transportation terms a bonus.
