Reconciling past invoices issued

Strong Excel and time management skills
Analyze project variances and reconcile projects.
Communicate with project managers
finance staff
and management.
Compile information for external auditors as required.
Project review for the Quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) process.
Ensure project financials are maintained in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide financial reporting as needed.
1-2 years’ experience in a fast-paced
deadline-driven environments are required.
Prior experience processing accounts payable
Prior experience processing accounts receivable
Prior experience preparing bank reconciliation.
