responsibilities:
Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently.
Match purchase orders with invoices and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues.
Maintain vendor relationships and handle inquiries professionally.
Assist in month-end closing activities and reporting.
qualifications:
Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist
Manufacturing industry experience is a strong plus
Strong understanding of accounting principles and invoice processing.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
