AssetServ Lead/Manager (Hybrid - 2 days Onsite, 3 Remote)
Our practice is seeking a highly qualified AssetServ Lead/Manager
Our Leads/Managers have a passion for high-quality, reliable, and maintainable work. You will collaborate side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users. Our Lead/Managers are agile and retrospective, and not afraid to identify what we're doing wrong, so we can fix it, so we can improve on it. Above all, we judge success by the success of the team and the happiness of our customers.

Job Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid - 2 days Office, 3 Remote)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Should have strong Technical knowledge about infrastructure and IT solutioning, Deployment, app security
Experience on Azure DevOps and app deployments, configurations, Azure app services setup
Proactively collaborate with various infra cross team and getting appropriate component onboarded
Provide standard processes in setting up pipeline and deployment automations
Independently lead / take accountability in leading end- end infra needs for applications and work with dev leads and resolve any risk/issue on infra/DevOps
Proactively Run and supervise DevOps activities/tasks and identify risk/issue and mitigate

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is based on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
