We are seeking a talentedAssociate Marketing Director to join our team to support the Brand with delivering world-class global engagement projects, in our mission to double the size of our brand by 2030.
Who You Are and What You’ll Do
As aSenior BG manager, you will be working alongside the Brand Director and Global Vice President, leading the Masterbrand agenda of the brand across every touchpoint. This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to lead the holistic equity, positioning, social and purposeful agenda of a brand. Working with an array of agencies and functions to insert DM+C into culture and advance our communications agenda.
Besides Innovation and Communication projects, the person must be able to create great relationship with our main markets and cross categories teams, while delivering numbers results.
You’ll be able to develop an in-depth understanding for the brand in key markets and the business environment. We are looking for someone who has strong leadership skills, with a naturally proactive attitude. The role offers plenty of scope for creativity and independent leadership and experience in PC male brands is a strong plus.

8+ years of related marketing experience in innovation and/or communications development

Inspire, energize and collaborate with the Dove Men+Care global brand community, cross-functional and agency teams.
Excellent communication ‘crafter’ with passion: As a lover of words and design, you craft stories using images, shapes and simple language, whilst remaining locally relevant. You can connect the big themes in culture into simple narratives to deliver your message.
Relevant experience in the new media landscape: Social-first Campaigns, Influencer management.
Strong strategic insight: This job requires strategic understanding of all the category needs across various countries and designing and crafting projects that align with the brand intent and the local needs.
Highly collaborative individual with strong influencing skills

Experience in male BPC brands (strong plus)
Pay: The pay range for this position is $135,600 - $203,300. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
