Description:

CreditSights is currently seeking an Associate Director, Growth Marketing Manager based out of our New York office.

This is a senior marketing role supporting CreditSights, a Fitch Solutions Company. The Associate Director, Growth Marketing Manager for CreditSights is responsible for leading both strategy and execution for inbound and outbound marketing programs that drive brand awareness and lead acquisition. The role reports to the Marketing Director for CreditSights.

We’ll Count on You To:

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
Implement and manage lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead quality and follow-up processes.
Create and implement demand generation strategies that drive awareness and interest in our products/services.
Utilize a mix of channels including email marketing, content marketing, social media, PPC, SEO, webinars, and events.
Develop compelling content and offers that resonate with our target audience.
Use A/B testing, landing page optimization, and other techniques to enhance conversion rates.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer success to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on the progress and performance of marketing initiatives.
Stay current with B2B marketing trends and best practices to continually improve our strategies.


What You Need to Have:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance/credit or related area of study
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing role
Experience in financial services/credit markets a plus
Previous experience using marketing automation (i.e., Hubspot) and/or CRM database management (i.e., Salesforce.com) tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Thinks analytically with sales outcomes in mind and how marketing activities translate into superior outcomes

FOR NEW YORK ROLES ONLY: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $100,000 and $130,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
