As part of Unilever’s North America Supply Chain Finance organization, this role will support Personal Care North America Supply Chain Finance Performance Management team, reporting to the PC NA Supply Chain Finance Performance Manager, based in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey.
The key essence of this role is to provide end-to-end supply chain finance support. This role will span responsibilities of the Performance Management team to provide leadership and understanding of Supply Chain cost, in addition to providing support to the NA SC Performance Management Manager on key leadership forums (S&OP, SCLT etc…) and forecasts. The role will work closely with the Finance Excellence Team in Supply chain to manage forecasting and reporting and will also work closely with the NA PC SC Business to provide understanding and bring insights on supply chain cost drivers.

Who You Are & What You’ll Do
This role will play a key part in defining and executing our Supply Chain strategy, and should have strong financial acumen and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify value-added opportunities and provide financial insights to support better decision making. Performance Management at NA-level supporting the Personal Care business unit as well lower-level categories with a focus on:
Finance owner of Business Waste cost bucket. Responsible for overseeing accruals for slow-moving and obsolete inventory, forecasting & analytics on waste sources and reduction initiatives, and partnering these results with various cross-functional stakeholders.
Finance owner of the Production cost bucket. Working closely with the factory finance teams to forecast the production cost and analyze the actuals, track and analyze the cost savings from the factory’s and partnering these results with SC local and global leadership teams.
Lead consolidator responsible for creating standard approach to reflect actuals/forecast, including understanding of P&L lines across all SC buckets and responsible for presenting to different leadership stakeholders on overall performance of Supply Chain Costs/Gross Margin delivery against forecast and targets.
Overseeing annual operating plan – consolidation of P&L inputs and presentations to senior stakeholders.
Drive Supply Chain performance management, through continuously bringing insights about top drivers while leveraging cross functional partners for additional insight about main KPIs to drive value and close gaps to deliver the target.
Support the NA SC Performance Manager on key forums (S&OP, SCLT, performance calls).
Ad-hoc financial modelling, GM analyses and any financial KPIs needed to facilitate decision making process.

What You’ll Need To Succeed
A degree in finance or accounting is preferred but not compulsory. Experience in partnering Supply Chain is also preferred.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $83,200 to $124,700. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
