Position Summary:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting Facility Design Managers and Design Team Members with tracking critical milestones and activities of capital expenditure projects including renovations, tenant improvements, and new construction for Ferguson leased and owned facilities. The Project Coordinator communicates and documents project transfers from Real Estate to Design and Design to Construction. This position also provides project support to entire design team and manages miscellaneous activities such as furniture and artwork. The Project Coordinator supervises the activities of the project coordinator team.
What you will do:
• Contributes to and supports Facilities Design through performance of routine tasks and processes.
• Coordinate and manage weekly project coordination meetings
• Various coordination efforts with external departments and/or consultants on Design’s behalf
• Management of design workload tracking software (Kanban)
• Data entry in asset management software (Lucernex)
• Track furniture design and proposals
• Track artwork design and proposals
• Record Work Coordinator - soliciting field verification and existing conditions as-built information for new projects
• Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document management – updating documented workflows for various activities within the Facilities Department that involve design effort
• Manage Project Coordination Team (2) – delegate tasks, mentor, and review work
What you will Need:
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Minimum five years of related experience preferred.
• Understanding of Building Design and Construction Business
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Skilled in oral and written communication.
• Strong software competency: Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic AutoCad knowledge is a plus

Pay Disclaimer: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $75,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $89250 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
