About the role

The Associate Project Manager will provide advanced administrative support to our South Carolina Advisory project management team. This includes documentation preparation, escalation for commitment, financial modeling, financial reconciliations, and reporting.

As part of the Project Management function, you provide support for the management of construction projects from initiation through completion in the South Carolina market.

What you’ll do

Manage the implementation of and monitor adherence to project administrative practices and policies.

Interfaces directly with clients to define project requirements. Prepares scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, work plan schedule & landmarks, quality control, and risk identification.

Build and maintain project policies and directives within the project operations manual.

Troubleshoot and resolve internal and external customer inquiries concerning performance reports and project tracking system data. Audit, solicit, and report on key performance indicators.

Prepare sophisticated and special client reports as required. Coordinate team close-out procedures.

Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values (Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excellence)

Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines


What you’ll need

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Understanding of existing procedures and standards to resolve standard to complex problems.
Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MS Project
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive approach.
Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
