Associate, Sales Enablement
Fitch Solutions is currently seeking an Associate, Sales Enablement based out of our London office.
The Associate, Sales Enablement will be responsible for the identification, building, growth, and development of Sales Enablement activities on the ground for our U.K. and European Sales teams as well as remotely for our Asia and Americas based Sales team.
This is a fantastic global Sales Enablement opportunity for someone who is looking to be wholly immersed in the sales process, help build a better Sales team, and become a part of the Sales culture here at Fitch Solutions.
What We Offer:
The ability to work on a highly visible team with deep cross-functional collaboration across teams, business lines, and regions
A fantastic opportunity to consistently flex your “problem solver” muscle and make a direct impact at the firm
An open environment that welcomes creativity. Sales Enablement requires critical and creative thinking!
Direct mentorship with a growth mindset: The Sales Enablement team operates so that we all learn, grow, and flourish at Fitch Solutions.
We’ll Count on You to Accomplish (Key Results Area):
Work across the four pillars of Sales Enablement (Technology and Tools, Collateral and Conversations, Processes and Performance, and Training) to:
Decrease the time frame from new hire to first sale by evolving the onboarding experience across Sales.
Enable the global Sales teams to meet and/or exceed revenue targets through access to the right technology or extraneous Sales tools while also decreasing Salesperson time on administrative activities.
Empower Salesperson conversations with relevant documentation, conversation starters, and collateral.
Partner with the appropriate internal teams to deliver training experiences across different topics, salesperson levels, regions, and business lines.
Partner with the Revenue Operations team to act as the “conduit” of Sales needs and feedback so as to continuously develop the team’s output for Sales.
What You Need to Have:
Exceptional project management skills – you can handle multiple ongoing projects at once carrying multiple milestones and deadlines.
Experience in project management/program management/sales enablement or similar fields.
Exhibited flexibility and agility: We are a very agile team. Your skillset of being highly agile should be visible upon application. You need to be able to show how you can pivot, change course, and still deliver.
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
Strong interpersonal skills including demonstrable evidence of the ability to credibly interact with, and influence, senior level executives.
Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
Team player – you are more than willing to “get your hands dirty” to meet a team goal.
What Would Make You Stand Out:
Proven sales expertise
Curriculum development skills
Knowledge of Fixed Income markets
Knowledge and experience in different Sales/Sales Enablement technology environments
Strong desire to learn and grow as a person, but also within your career
