Our Professional Services Team is made up of consulting professionals; Solution Architects, Engagement Managers, Functional Consultants, Technical Architects and Product Trainers. Our team works together to scope customer requirements, design solutions and then implement solutions that make our customers more successful.
In this role you’ll work with some amazing customers to gather business requirements, document functional and technical recommendations and define, document and execute technical solutions. You will work hand-in-hand with a Zendesk Engagement Manager, who is responsible for the project and customer deliverables holistically.
What you'll be doing
Participate in Learn Workshops, documenting requirements
Run Technical Workshops, documenting requirements
Create Functional and Technical Design Documents based on requirements
Configure Zendesk based on the agreed Functional Design Document
Build technical solutions based on the Technical Document Document
Create custom reports using GoodData (Insights) based on customer requirements
Engage in multiple projects concurrently
Maintain technical product expertise across the entire Zendesk product suite
Keep up to date with web development and customer experience best practices
What you bring to the role
Bachelor's degree or minimum 3+ years technical consulting experience
Experience working on medium to low complex customer engagements
Experience with various architectures (Web, Enterprise, SaaS) and methodologies
Experience with JavaScript and HTML/CSS
Experience with RESTful and JSON API
Experience with SSO and telephony solutions
Experience with creation of UI designs
Good understanding of Project Management and Business Analysis fundamentals
Good understanding of support processes and infrastructure
Excellent instincts and ability to interface at a senior level with ease
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and eloquent writing skills
Passionate about customer service and how it can transform businesses
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Be accountable for billable utilization targets
Ability to deliver consulting onsite and remote
Minimal domestic / international travel
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with a backend programming language (Ruby, Python, Java, C#, etc)
Familiarity with a frontend programming language/framework (Javascript, React, Vue, JQuery, etc)
Familiarity with AWS and/or AWS Certification

This role must attend our Mexico City office on a weekly basis for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
