Title: Automation Test Manager with JAVA & Python with Automation in Selenium
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience working in an Agile Delivery Model
8-10 years of experience in Automation testing
Must have overall testing and test automation development experience.
Hands on software development experience with Java, Cucumber, Selenium, Gherkin
2 or more years of experience using SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and SQL profiling skills / performance tuning SQL
Excellent communication skills
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
Primary Skills:
Automation Engineer in Selenium
Should have good hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline.
Experience in Java, Cucumber, GIT, Maven, Selenium, and Gherkin
Hands-on experience with existing test automation tools in a software engineering environment extending to craft and build sophisticated automated test suites using object-oriented methodologies.
Should be well versed in Java.
Role and Responsibilities:
This is a software engineer role with a focus on testing; the application of engineering to the design, development, implementation, testing and maintenance of software in a detailed method.
The role includes, but is not limited to analysis, design, coding, engineering, testing, debugging, standards, methods, tools analysis, documentation, research and development, maintenance, new development, operations, and delivery.
Ability to speak and think in terms of the business, quality assurance, and acceptance criteria.
Aligned with the development team to build quality automated test plans, test cases and strategy.
Automation of functional tests at different levels; data driven, using object-oriented methodologies, and APIs.
Understand and handle the git flow, meaning tests align with development. The test code should be treated as part of the system code, using the same tools as a developer and the same version management methodology.
Knowledge of CI / CD general and as it applies to automation of tests.
