Role and Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop and implement DLP strategies and processes for Hybrid network environments spanning across Azure, AWS, GCP & on-premise DCs.
· Review Enterprise’s DLP programs to identify gaps and suggest recommendations, best practices.
· Design and architect DLP solutions using Azure Purview from scratch to ensure comprehensive data protection
· Demonstrate Azure Purview proficiency for discovering, classifying, managing sensitive data and enhance Data governance & compliance
· Assess and enhance network security measures to prevent Data breaches.
· Define and enforce data protection policies in alignment with industry standards/ compliance requirements and to address emerging threats, vulnerabilities
Create policy intent statement and map to a specific policy configuration.
Apply labels to sensitive data consistently across SQL Server, Azure, Microsoft 365, and Supported Systems/Applications.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DLP solutions seamlessly into the existing network infrastructure
· Provide guidance and support to other teams in implementing effective DLP practices.
QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS:
· Security Architect with 10+ years of relevant experience in IT security and with proven work experience as a Network, Data DLP Architect.
In-depth, hands on knowledge of Azure Purview capabilities for network, data level DLP implementations.
Experience in configuring and presenting data lineage
Strong understanding of network security principles and regulations
Excellent communications skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Relevant certifications – Microsoft certifications for Azure Purview/ DLP, CISSP.
