Responsibilities
· Market analysis,
· Solution messaging and marketing content design,
· Alignment of offerings to market demands,
· Sales pipeline development and management,
· Direct and indirect sales pursuit efforts,
· Strong team and relationship building skills,
· Expertise in sales stage management including qualifying, solutioning, pricing, messaging, and closing,
· Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions within the healthcare industry,
· Experience operating in a distributed sales model with multiple leaders and account owners,
· Working with company account management and customer personnel to deliver solution message that will expand the success of the business unit’s products and services in the healthcare market.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or higher, Masters in Business Administration a strong plus
· Extensive experience selling diverse products and services
· Exceptional communication skills
· Healthcare domain knowledge is significant advantage
· Ability to learn technical solutions quickly, to include the ability to translate those solutions into customer value-based outcomes.

The annual salary for this position is between [$124,000-$166,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
