You will be working as Business Development Manager and will be part of Electrification business Area for Smart Power division based in Jamshedpur, India. In this role you will be reporting to Sales Manager and will be responsible for building long term customer relationships and managing resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identifying and developing sales opportunities.

Your responsibilities
Preparing customer development plans (Consultants and End Users ) using company tools. Performing regular status reviews and proposing the expedition plans in cases of potential delays or shortfalls
Presenting the ABB extensive portfolio by focusing on conversion of orders through lead management and opportunity funnel management in SFDC
Generating the agreed sales leads to support the sales funnel which is part of effective sales process. Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promoting customer understanding of full product offering and aligning to provide a solution
Ensuring efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers required to generate the desire sales leads to drive the sales volumes
Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensuring know- how sharing and cross-collaborations
Your background
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering
8 to 10 years of experience with minimum 6 to 7 years low voltage switchgear experience either sales or business development
Business development experience of low voltage switchgear
Strong written and verbal communication skills is a must
