In the role as a Business Development Project Coordinator here in our Irvine, CA office, you will liaise with the Business Development team, customer service, planning, RAQA and shipping. You will support the Business Development Team with the receipt and processing of purchase orders with key functions including customer service, planning, manufacturing and shipping and logistics in coordination with the Business Development Team partner managers. Additional tasks will include managing schedules and meetings, travel/meeting management, vendor/contract management, and management of additional buisness development processes. You will also oversee and manage all operational aspects of Business Development projects including funnel, program updates, budgets and schedules. This role will also support the review of legal agreements according to the standard operating processes of the legal department and in connection with Buisness Development Team.
How You'll Make An Impact:
Administer orders which will relieve the burden of work on the Business Development team allowing them to manage our IVD manufacturer partners strategically to deliver greater value for CDG.
Support forecasting, budgeting and revenue recognition allowing for greater accuracy regarding value and timing for CDG.
The candidate will standardize the order to ship process for QS which will eliminate inefficiencies and redundancies in the process allowing for opportunities for increased revenue-generating activities.
Support the Business Development team in setting up meetings, agendas and scheduling travel where appropriate.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject.
2-3 years related experience as an administrative assistance or project coordinator or similar.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software, SAP, Concur, PDWare and Smartsheets or equivalent.
Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings related to areas of assigned scope and resolve problems.
Escalates more significant conflict to the Manager or Sponsor.
Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication, organization and presentation skills.
Works well in a team, demonstrates openess to collaborate and accountability.
Good analytical skills including data collection and synthesis.
Requirement for excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail.
Works with a sense of urgency to achieve the best outcome for the partner.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
