Associate's or Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Drafting/Design or related discipline
Minimum four (4) years AutoCAD Architecture experience in a residential discipline
Experience with Revit and creation of 3D BIM models for residential construction
Minimum two (2) years of experience in drafting/design for high-volume production homebuilding organization
Valid driver's license
Intermediate to advanced computer skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, BlueBeam
Must be able to perform accurate, consistent and detail-oriented work in a timely manner
Highly motivated to produce excellent work product and achieve organizational goals
Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule

Work with Product Development and Purchasing staff to create 3D BIM models of new and existing plans, with goal of creating quantity take-off interface for estimating
Assist the Starts department with required architectural documents needed for permits and starts
Update and maintain Division's PDF master plan sets on Box
Coordinate with Sales and Marketing staff to provide CAD files for outsourced exterior renderings and 3D walk-throughs
Maintain and adhere to established CAD standards and practices
File management and maintenance of AutoCad and Revit component libraries
Work with various departments to provide support for the job-start process
