Job Description:
Who are we?
Since its founding in the USA in 2004, KIND has been on a mission to make the world a little kinder one snack and one act at a time. KIND was born out of its founder’s desire to create a snack that was healthy and tasty; wholesome and convenient. What began as a line of premium Fruit & Nut bars sparked the creation of an entirely new healthier snacking category. Today, KIND has a family of snacks that offer solutions for a variety of different occasions.
We launched in the UK in 2015 and have a phenomenal growth story: building a great team and tripling the size of our business in three years to establish ourselves as a top 10 brand in the cereal bar category. As we complete our start-up phase, we are now moving to scaling the UK business to become a top 3 brand, driven by realizing our purpose at scale.
We're looking for passionate, conscious collaborators to help us meet our goals: to inspire kindness, with one tasty snack (and good act) at a time. If you’re looking to be a part of an inspiring, energizing, and entrepreneurial environment, you found the right place.

Own the induction for new starters and upskilling of existing associates for accessing data and building reports (e.g. in Nielsen, IRI, Dunnhumby etc.)
Play a key role with the Sales team, managing reporting for NAMs who manage High Street, Impulse, Convenience, Travel and Online customers
Partner with the Senior Category Manager to define the future of the function for KIND UKI and build connections with the category functions within Mars Wrigley UK & KIND EMEA to share best practice
