Chief Revenue Officer Sustainable Fitch



Sustainable Fitch is currently seeking a Chief Revenue Officer based out of our London or NY office locations.

We are seeking a dynamic, growth-oriented Chief Revenue Officer to be the key commercial decision maker, coordinator and liaison for the Sustainable Fitch (SuF) business division of Fitch Solutions (FS). The SuF CRO reports directly to Chief Commercial Officer of FS, collaborating with and leveraging the capabilities of the broader FS commercial organization in driving the SuF business.

We’ll Count on You To:

Build on and execute a commercial strategy in line with the goals and objectives of SuF and the wider organization, including a development of a budget that captures growth from new products, market dynamics and commercial optimization;
Provide leadership to the global specialist sales team, managing to the highest standards of performance, inclusion and ethics;
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure sales, product and marketing collectively stay customer-centric, competitive and forward looking;
Regularly analyze performance of marketing, sales and retention, adjusting approach based on monthly, quarterly and annual outcomes.


What You Need to Have:

Proven success in prior roles as a CRO, Head of Sales or similar senior commercial role;
Accountability and command of the revenue generation process with the ability to deliver from plan to close;
Demonstrable experience in developing and delivering strategic plans aligned to the business outcomes;
Thorough understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement;
Excellent communication skills including being a good listener. Flexible and adaptable – being open to new / different ideas and approaches.
BSc degree in Business Administration or relevant field;
MSc/MBA and ESG/Sustainability credentials recommended

KPIs:

Achievement of net sales targets and productivity: Monitor the sales performance against the targets including average deal size, sales cycle duration, conversion rates, revenue per sales rep;
Customer acquisition and retention: New customers acquired to capture the addressable market. Also measure, improve and convert customer satisfaction levels into high retention rates;
Delivery of various commercial projects related to collaborating across departments to establish commercial infrastructure necessary for an early stage company and launch products and other market facing initiatives;
