Description:

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage and coordinate calendars for ongoing and upcoming projects

● Create a welcoming environment for office guests, handle phone inquiries, and assist visitors

● Schedule meetings and capture comprehensive meeting minutes as required

● Manage written communication, encompassing emails, letters, and the distribution of forms

● Assist in report preparation and maintain an efficient filing system

● Handle office supply orders, coordinate travel arrangements, and manage expense reports

● Provide administrative assistance to the Executive Leadership team, including updates to the organization's website, confidential information management, and oversight of automated follow-up systems

● Compose and distribute emails, memos, letters, faxes, and forms

● Monitor automated systems to ensure proper follow-up

● Execute assigned administrative projects with precision

Communication:

● Keep the leadership team well-informed about deadlines, achievements, concerns, and future plans

Professional Requirements:

● Preferred Bachelor’s degree

● Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field or a related area

● Keen attention to detail

● Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
