Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines to produce parts or components according to programmed instructions, blueprints monitoring machine operation and making adjustments as needed.
Ability to troubleshoot CNC machine or identify when a machine or run isn't operating properly
Implement corrective action and resolving machine problems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Some quality inspection experience is preferred (Micrometers, calipers, depth gauges)
Routine maintenance including cleaning, lubricating and inspecting CNC machine itself
Be able to focus and work in a fast paced environment
Communication skills ability to be trainable and coachable must be able to take direction
Some programming ability would be preferred but not mandatory for this position
