As part of our team, you will:
Lead CNS GBC India offer pricing and deal management activities in partnership with sales, pre-sales, finance, legal and other deal stakeholder teams.
Works closely with Market Unit head as a trusted partner on offer approvals providing deep insight and recommendations on all offers to ensure we have compelling offers towards our customers.
Work closely with the CNS business units to develop new commercial models, monetize business opportunities and ensure pricing strategy is in line with customer needs and requirements.
Maintain market competitive pricing benchmarks, specific customers’ contract pricing, and apply intelligence and insights to deals.
Lead business modelling activities to support the evolution of CNS to an “as a service” business.
Conduct a thorough review of deal commercial structure (pricing, terms) in line with the deal strategy, and propose optimizations to drive long-term profitability, enable upsells and accelerate revenue recognition.
Serve as the primary gatekeeper for the offer development and deal approval process, overseeing the structure, quality and profitability of deals.
Ensure adherence of cross-functional offer teams to the NOKIA SELL and approval processes.
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, proactively address issues and ensure the efficient development of offers. Drive continuous improvements to increase sales oxygen.
Provide knowledge and expertise to sales from offer development cycle through deal negotiations.
Contribute to the CNS India pricing strategy, as well as interaction and negotiation with offer control and other BGs for all deals (CNS led or led by other BGs).
Educate and train the India GBC teams on optimizing deals (structure, terms, language, milestones) to accelerate revenue and optimize profitability, as well as new commercial offerings and strategies to drive increased top line, market share and profitability.
Provide people leadership/mgmt, coaching, mentoring and guidance to the India Commercial Management team.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You have:
Ample and broad experience in commercial management in Nokia or similar company dealing with similar products.
People Leadership abilities although not a direct line manager role at this stage.
Interpersonal skills to enhance the collaboration between other organizations and stakeholders.
Strong Business Acumen coupled with deep understanding of the technology to help drive the Sales team and Commercial management team on creating compelling and winning offers that make business sense.
Knowledge & Experience:
Management Experience / Mastery of a specific professional discipline combining deep knowledge of theory and practice within a function. Expert in more than one area, broad perspective. Typically requires 10+ years extensive relevant experience and a graduate / postgraduate equivalent degree.
