Commercial Operations Associate (Temporary 8 months FTC) Maternity Cover

Fitch Solutions is currently seeking a Commercial Operations Associate based out of our London office.

The Commercial Operations Associate will be responsible for the set up and ongoing management of client’s access to the Fitch Solutions product suite

We’ll Count on You To:

Configure a client’s services based on our entitlement system and their contracted services across the Fitch suite of products including Desktop, Excel, API, and feed products
Manage updates and renewals of a client’s entitlements ensuring requested changes are in line with the contracted entitlements
Remove entitlements and service access on cancellation of services
Set up trials and complimentary users
Ensure that entitled services match contracted services through system reconciliation and exception resolution
On-board new clients efficiently and accurately within required timeframes.
What You Need to Have:

Experience in an administrative role
Work experience in an office/professional work environment
Educated to A’ Level or equivalent

Excellent organisational and time management skills, including ability to prioritise and work under tight deadlines.
