Under minimal supervision, the Commissions Accountant will assist in the day-to-day operations of paying sales commissions to our global sales organization. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter who brings with them a preferred 5 plus years of experience calculating commissions . If interested please apply below
Responsibilities
Point of Contact for all commission-related questions; provide thorough and
timely feedback to the sales and sales management teams Support daily commissions administration to include processing bi-weekly,
monthly and quarterly payments and/or manual adjustments as outlined in the
plan Review commission payment reports for accuracy and completeness
Provide cross functional support regarding commissions related inquiries and
requests
Use of spreadsheets, ERP systems, and/or dedicated computer programs to
gather data for payment calculation or analysis
Proactively developing recommendations to automate and improve the commission process
Perform cost analysis or modeling of alternative commission plan design or quota levels

Excel Macros (3 years of experience is preferred)
Accounting Coursework (4 years of experience is preferred)
