Our client is a prestigious national law firm with headquarters in NYC. They are seeking a Conflicts Analyst to join the team. The position is hybrid and based 3 out of 5 days at their office in Midtown, Manhattan.

Job Details

Assist firm in identifying and resolving conflicts of interest
Coordinate opening of new matters and new business reviews
Perform research in internal and external databases
Coordinate and track engagement letters and waivers
Update and maintain records in internal database
Salary Range: $80-100k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required
2+ years’ Conflicts experience at a mid-size or larger law firm
Experienced with Conflicts Management systems
Tech savvy and confident in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong research skills and ability to comb through internet databases, public filings, and other sources
Dedicated to detail, with excellent communication and organizational skills
