Job Description:

Role : Consumer and Shopper Insights Lead - India

Location: Gurugram, India

Key Accountabilities or Responsibilities :

Provide support to the CMO on Insights-related solutions that support the brand building and business objectives.

Ensure the Tracking and analysis of business-related E2E consumer insights, shopper insights, and foresight

Ability to influence commercial decisions with quantitative, statistical, and qualitative acumen

Expertise in Retail (Nielsen), Consumption ( Kantar), Brand Track, ROI, Media and all types of products, creative, POB, Pricing testing

Understanding of Demand Spaces segmentation and use

Understanding of Categury vision and Category Growth story for Customers

Establish and manage an effective Insights and data governance process.

Continuously advance, leverage, and optimize the relationship with agency & Vendors by building trust, and discipline and maintaining positive rapport to drive business results.

Closely collaborate with HI, CSI, and other insights experts in GEM and globally to bring best practices to India and drive talent development in Sales and Marketing

Work closely with Marketing, Sales, D comm, and media teams to ensure that the consumer is at the center of every discussion and decision.

Context and Scope:

Human Insights

Work with HI experts at GEM and Global to provide best-in-class solutions for all Consumers understanding

Operate and orchestrate the HH Panel with Kantar

Operate and Orchestrate Brand tracking with Kantar

Implement bespoke studies and analysis eg MMM

Demand Spaces segmentation

Customer and Shopper Insights

Adequate understanding of Shopper and customer marketing needs

Operate and orchestrate Nielsen reporting and analysis from offtake and RTM point of view

Consumption exercise and category growth projection

Category Vision and Category Growth Story

Strategic Insights and Foresights

Work with GEM and Global COE to gather, understand, and provide inputs for Strategic planning

Aid the innovation planning process

Measurement and Reporting

Deliver periodical E2E reviews, analysis, insights, and learning

Lead Insights Operations, budget management, governance of data buys, proof of performance and periodic budget actualization, PO issuance & tracking.

Establish and manage effective insights governance

3rd party verification and partner management

Preferred Experience:

8-10 years of experience preferably in marketing research organisations.

Experienced in overseeing diverse qualitative and quantitative research endeavors.

Good understanding of analytical skills and can effectively utilize data to formulate strategies and make decisions.
