Description:

Royal Canin (RC) Shared Service Center (SSC) France Finance Operations serve operations of RC Global Headquarter, 2 factories, France market and Sales to Import markets.

CI manager / PMO orchestrates continuous improvement work and act as a project manager in Shared service.

What are we looking for?

Education & Professional Qualifications

University degree in Finance or equivalent field of study (Required)

Project management education (Preferred)

MS Office package knowledge (Preferred)

Knowledge / Experience

2 years+ of project management experience (Required)

Fluent in both French and English (Required)

Comfort with diving into ambiguous business questions to understand key issues and structure analytical path (Required)

1+ year accounting experience (Preferred)

Forward-thinking in anticipating future consequences and trends (Preferred)

1Navision Experience or Equivalent ERP system (Preferred)

What will be your key responsibilities?
Bring Efficiency: lead Shared Service Continuous Improvement (CI) work - prepare and supervise Shared Service CI plan, define and organize calculation of KPIs, align SLAs, track performance and actions status, issue status reports. Review work prepared by others and recommend opportunities to improve effectiveness or standardization. Uncover areas within the business to drive performance improvements and value creation, leveraging data and advanced analytics techniques. Collaborate with data scientist to develop innovative techniques to provide actionable insights to drive financial performance. Works cross-functionally to structure problems, analyze opportunities, and develop solutions.

Act as a PMO for Shared service' projects: prepare project plans and charters, define scope, budget, governance, stakeholders, team, risks, deployment roadmap, milestones and methodology, lead Steering Committees and workshops, governs projects execution, manage risks and actions, plan and execute communication and change management, raise alerts and help on escalation when needed. Lead post project reviews and embed main learnings within team.

Lead capabilities building plan for the Shared Service team. Prepare deep dive analysis to ensure quality of data and bring insights.

Manage stakeholders: focus on value creation and service excellence with the user centricity concept in a heart. With internal and external partners communicate performance, build SLA (service level agreement) and feedback loop on it, develop and execute joint plans on process improvement. Ensure alignment and connectivity of stakeholders throughout all departments in regard to Shared Service activities.

Build expertise on Shared Service Excellence and project management area, exchange best practice internally and externally, act as a SME (subject meter expert), ensure back-up process and sustainable knowledge management (process maps, desktop procedures, etc). Implement new reporting requirements, regulations, etc.

Be guardian of operations and projects quality - ensure incorporation of ICE standards in all projects, control ICE gap tracker actions execution. Control tracking of operations quality: Period Close, Reporting, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Fixed assets management, Audits, etc.
