This position reports to
Local Division Customer Support Manager
Your role and responsibilities
Order to cash (end to end process) checklist, order booking, clean/dirty order process, following on a timely manner starting from quotation implementation, order booking, purchase order, shipping, provide original docs, customs process up to delivery to the customer
Ensuring that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products, systems or service, ensuring efficient and accurate input of customer orders into order management SAP system until process to our feeder factories (SCM process) and preparing all documentation needed to comply with local regulations
Order booking checklist should always be followed 100%, dirty/clean order SFDC should be followed 100% for orders before booking order (any exception must be approved in writing by manager or delegate), proof of delivery for 95% of outbound orders value within the same month
Regular customer visits with complete OBL analysis/updates, on time delivery 90 % for 12 months average, quarterly reviewing of lead-time with FF and distribution of LT to sales, forecasting revenue accuracy 90 % 12 months average, effective customer communication, reviewing order’s modification and cancelation on SAP every week by order registration report
Updating customers about production/system/service status based on system inputs, acting as point of contact for internal as well as external enquiries by phone and email, updating F.G to customer and following up to delivery, following defined procedures for missing or defective products ensuring efficient resolution(NCR - CCRP)
Requesting for credit and debit notes, assisting with the pick-up and delivery of products to foreign customers, documentation related to the transportation and proof of delivery to the customer in line with local regulations (on the ERP system)
Reviewing the contract with financial and legal department, issuing Performa invoice for customer to opened LC/LG, follow issuing LG and LC‘s with financial department and bank it’s related documentation up to closing
Requested delivery date (ROTD) for the order along handling process, KPI ,targets, customer complaints, solving problems, coordinating with different internal teams in order to ensure the complete handling of the request (e.g. scheduling, resourcing, quotes, price lists, invoice)
Preparing, analyzing regular statistics using respective tools, collecting relevant information, ensuring on time delivery for regular requested reports (Revenue forecast, inventory, ROTD and CROTD), tracking regular target achievement and providing results to management
Qualifications for the role
Bachelor’s degree 4-5 years (prefer MBAs, Business grads in SCM)
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in order handling, supply management, planning or project management in a similar environment in multinational company
Have a good experience in logistics and shipping dealing with factories from different countries (Europe, China etc)
Have full knowledge for the custom clearance documents and process in many countries, strong SAP knowledge and working experience of full SD/MM modules
Fluency in English language is mandatory
