Responsibilities
Estimate new projects as submitted by customers, sales staff, design etc.
Check routing, with input from production staff, on new items to make sure they are correct.
Quote tooling costs.
Get prices from vendors on any items that need to be outsourced.
Quote new quantities for existing items.
Keep sales updated on when their quotes will be ready.
Assist sales personnel as appropriate and assist in generating supplemental sales.
Look for oppertunities to cross train and learn other functions of business.
Implement, maintain, and support all company policies and procedures, including safety programs and good housekeeping.
Additional duties as assigned by management.
Regular and predictable attendance.
Generate periodical reports as required by the Controller and/or management.
Provide accounting and clerical work and assistance to Staff Accountants and Controller.
Comply with company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations.
