Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented customer service rep! In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our daily operations and contributing to the overall efficiency of our organization. Responsibilities

Assist accounting department with both AP and AR tasks
Support sales department with data entry and documentation within CRM
Answer incoming calls and emails regarding orders
Bi weekly credit card transaction processing
Provide communication with vendors on payment status
Review weekly timesheets for accuracy
