Customer Success Management is currently seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) based out of our New York office (Hearst Tower/Midtown).
The Global Customer Success Management team (CSM) is committed to providing the highest quality of support possible to our Fitch Solutions clients. The primary function of Customer Success is to drive value and adoption via direct engagement with end-users of our Fitch Connect platform. CSM covers a subset of the largest clients within our book of business, including Global Accounts, Strategic Investors and other key market participants.

We’ll Count on You To:
Creative, varied and consistent outreach to your accounts. Strong presentation and subject matter knowledge in order to drive value within each interaction. Strong relationship building and intelligence gathering that will create higher retention, uncover new opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
Thorough account planning and execution
Ongoing monitoring and analysis of your clients
Forward planning with Sales in order to prioritize renewals
Strong communication and presentation skills
What You Need to Have:
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience training and presenting in a client facing role within the financial services industry
A proven track record of managing and developing client relationships through direct engagement
Work well with cross functional teams (Sales, Product, Client Service)
You must be self-motivated and able to generate ideas and demonstrate initiative, tenacity and perseverance
Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues and develop solutions
A natural sense of curiosity and desire to learn new topics
Excellent time management and organizational and multi-tasking skills
A diligent work ethic with a results-drive attitude
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written (PowerPoint a plus)
Excellent listening skills
Effective questioning skills
Fluent written and spoken English language skills are essential
Travel: 40% Travel (US/Canada/LatAm)
What Would Make You Stand Out:
Direct CSM experience managing a book of clients within the fin-tech or financial services industry
Strong background and knowledge of Fixed Income, Credit Risk, Country Risk and ESG

FOR NEW YORK ROLES ONLY: Expected base pay salary range for this role is $100,000 - $115,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
