About the role
The purpose of this position is to provide PMWeb technical application support to project management teams applying the technology platform. The Analyst is responsible for tackle to resolve application data issues and customer workflow problems. Problem solves, educates users, and follows resolution protocols. Advances complaints, documents issue, participates in quality assurance of application, and testing. Monitors BAU production operations of PMWeb and responds to performance log inquires.

What you’ll do
Reviews the accuracy of information provided by customers and provides resolutions by applying problem solving techniques.
Develops data structures and pipelines to prioritize, collect, cleanse, and standardize data in order to generate insights and addresses reporting need. Replicates and documents issues for further partner concern.
Defines basic data requirements and captures and validates information, using judgment and statistical tests. Participates in quality assurance and application testing of software as the need arises.
Apply modeling and optimization methods to improve business performance.
Develop ad-hoc reporting based on the review of existing data sources
Exhibit difficulty, judgement and ability present a detailed ‘data story’ to a business line.
Confirm the quality and integrity of existing data sources.
Collaborate with the agile development team to provide recommendations and communications on enhancing existing or new processes and programs.
Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
Impact the quality of own work.
Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objective and meet deadlines.
Exchange straight forward information, ask questions and check for understanding.
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant PMWeb application/system and end user support experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Ability to use existing procedures to tackle standard problems.
Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgements.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.
Social skills with strong inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the D&T Data Analyst (PMWeb Tech) position is $80,000.00 annually [or $38.46 per hour] and the maximum salary for the D&T Data Analyst (PMWeb Tech) is $95,000.00 annually [or $45.67 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
