Description:

Based on in-depth understanding and experience of operations automation, specifies Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) required of Nokia product groups and other new technology product companies to enable interfacing to Nokia's service automation applications and platforms.

• Leads technical collaboration within established projects and broad guidelines with service software developers inside and outside Nokia to best provide for effective integration between service components and Nokia's service operations automation components.

• Solves complex problems and challenges relating to the performance of service operations automation.

• Has in-depth business knowledge and uses understanding of how relevant areas integrate to achieve objectives.

• Shares ideas for professional direction of DevOps activities.

• Acts as a professional advisor and mentor for Managed Services Development Operations (MS DevOps) staff / workteam / taskforces.

• May act as leader for an MS DevOps, co-ordinating and allocating work, coaching and providing on-the-job training to other team members, making recommendations in their formal performance assessment.

• Manages new software versions releases based on scrum or agile release cycle to meet customer requirements.

Knowledge & Experience
