About the role

We are currently seeking a “Data Center New Products Technical Program Manager”. Develop the strategy and integration of new technologies supporting a data center portfolio. Develop comprehensive technology insertion plans, leading design initiatives, and facilitating teamwork between the client’s internal design teams and external design service partners / providers.



What you’ll do

Program Design Management: Lead all aspects of the full lifecycle of program designs, ensuring the smooth integration of new technologies into client’s data centers.
Assist in planning and strategy workshops with internal and external collaborators, facilitating large-scale workshops as needed.
Collaborate with internal Technical Leads to facilitate design reviews, guiding technical decision-making, and resolving program-level issues.
Develop comprehensive scopes of work for contracts. Build cost, schedule, and scope documents for validation of design cut-in strategy.
Formulate multi-functional design teams.
Lead program change, maintain project scope, and coordinate design contracts.
Ensure timely issuance of engineering program information to appropriate parties, track site feedback, and lead weekly design feedback calls.
What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
5 years of experience in large-scale design programs with a demonstrated skillset in program/project design management
Preferred Experience

New Product development with the field of Critical Environments
Technical Project Management or Coordination
Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Drawings, Hangouts, etc.
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

CBRE Carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this New Product Technical Program Manager position is $150,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $190,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental Insurance, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and Vision Insurance.
