You will be working as Deputy GDS Lead and will be part of Finance Services business for Finance and Accounting Operations division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to the GDS process lead. You will be primarily responsible to provide support in ensuring the financial transactions are correctly recorded in Central Finance (CFIN), identifying the errors and resolving at a quick possible time and very good collaboration with various cross functional teams in Finance, Business, Consultants and Information Systems. Responsible for giving clearance to the HFM team for uploading the monthly financial data.

Your responsibilities
Support onboarding of new countries which are coming under hypercare
Manage the country wise dash boards and ensure the same is updated daily
Review of the knowledge book and get the same updated from time to time
Collaborate with the respective SMEs of various sub streams in Purchase to Pay (P2P), Orders to Cash (O2C), Record to Report (R2R) and Plan to Deliver (P2D)
Collaborate with cross functional team for timely resolution of the errors
Co-ordinate with the consultants of implementation team on the resolution process and ensure Trial Balance is matched at the month end
Ensure necessary entries are posted during month end for the errors which are not resolved. Review and assess if any Automation on RPA required for routine errors
Your background
Professionally qualified (CA or CMA) or master’s in business administration with specialization in Finance
Minimum 15 years of experience is preferred.
Good knowledge of accounting and reporting
Working knowledge in R2R in a SAP environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically on MS Excel & PowerPoint
Good knowledge of SAP / S4 Hana
