JOB PURPOSE
This role will coordinate and support the execution of grant-related activities to ensure compliance with established procedures. To do so, this position will collaborate with Programme Grant focals to conduct due diligence, review budgets for completeness and compliance, and collect data for budget analysis to ensure effective grant management. This role will support teams in maintaining data integrity in the Grant Management System and assist in the collection and analysis of Grant Management Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). They will also communicate with stakeholders and participate in global grant management initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support GRP and Programs in arranging kick-off meetings for projects in close collaboration with Resource Mobilization and Grants Team colleagues.
Work closely with the Grants Focal Person to ensure that grants are closed out in compliance with the Global Grant Management Manual and Donor Grant agreements and contracts.
Ensure updated data retention in the Grant Management System (GMS).
Conduct support planning for downstream due diligence of partners in close collaboration with Grants Focals.
Support the review of lower-value project budgets for completeness and compliance from a Donor and BRAC compliance perspective.
Support the regular collection of data for budget variance analysis and submit it to senior colleagues for project budget variance analysis.
Support ongoing communication with program, finance, and grant focal persons as required.
Support the compilation and analysis of Grant Management KPIs for BRAC Bangladesh.
Actively participate in Global Grant Management community of practice calls and training sessions.
Arrange and conduct field visits as required.

Ensuring the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practising, promoting and endorsing the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensuring the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Following the safeguarding reporting procedure if any reportable incident occurs, encourage others to do so.
ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge on Grant management, donor regulations, and financial management
Proficiency in data management systems and financial management.
Skilled in MS Office Applications
Strong communication skills in both Bengali and English
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's from any reputed university
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
minimum 2 years’ experience in donor-funded projects or any international NGOs.
