Primary Responsibilities:

Lead a team of 80-100 certified coders. Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe, secure, and legal work environment; developing personal growth opportunities
Performance Management – Timeliness, Quality and Productivity metrics
Planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards
Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; identifying trends; recommending system improvements
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies

Others Requirements:

Minimum 9 to 13 year of experience in managing E/M & ED speciality
Experience of handling team for minimum of 2 to 3 years
Currently working as Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager or TL
Open to work from office and shifts
Ability to use Microsoft Office Products (Excel PowerPoint etc)
Ability to operate basic office equipment (copier and facsimile machine)
