1. Able to support transition phase to acquire application knowledge, deliver pilot project successfully and document knowledge gained/understanding sufficiently for successors to benefit per customer expectation
2. Able to do deep dive analysis on requirement and support in preparation of self-explanatory detailed low-level design document
3. Perform Design & Coding activities as per the design & coding standards
4. Prepare the Unit Test Data for the cases
5. Execute unit testing and resolve defects identified
6. Focus to improve application knowledge by self-learning and become capable of performing multiple roles like BA, Lead or Developer etc. based on need basis
7. Support in resource recruitment exercise
8. Able to clearly present understanding, raise queries with right point of contacts and get clarified by working closely with Lead, BA and project stakeholders
9. Be aware of Importance of KPI to be met at every release level
10. Regularly self-validate for skill level for any gap and take assistance from Lead/Mentor to take up necessary training program to ensure stay fit with necessary skill level to handle delivery successfully
11. Support for implementing best practices in necessary stages of project to ensure quality delivery is met
12. Self-Review deliverables and ensure their quality fitment before customer submission
13. Provide SIT and UAT support on need basis.
14. Feedback/Defect fixing for deliverables on need basis
15. Provide production implementation support and provide warranty support on need basis
16. Track progress of delivery, KPI met level, Deliverable quality closely and support Lead to report status on review meetings with Delivery Managers, Business Analyst, SMEs
17. Able to work as one team to show improvement on met level of KPI and delivery quality by every release by learning from challenges faced over previous releases and update Retrospection ledger on learning and progress level achieved
18. Contribute to knowledge base
Japanese language capability needed at level of Native or N1 or N2 or N3 (Mentioned in preference order) Technical skills listed below needed
