1. Azure cloud management: Have expertise in Azure cloud services and manage and keep the services alive.
2. OpenStack cloud management: Provision environments in open-stack environment and handle monitoring and management of CICD.
3. Scripting: Python + Shell scripting for automation.
4. Jenkins + Gitlab: Automating CICD with Jenkins and Gitlab actions.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with developers and architects to ensure the seamless deployment of code to azure.
6. Accessibility: Ensure that websites adhere to accessibility standards to always make them available
7. Performance Optimization: Collaborate with developers to optimize the performance of Azure services, considering factors like page load times and server responsiveness.
8. CICD with security: Participate in quality automation for pipelines which run along with the CICD to verify the code effectiveness and security concerns and flag them before deployment.
9. Documentation: Create design documentation, style guides, and maintain documentation for all Devops related operations
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in computers or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in Azure(required), Openstack(required)
• Proficiency in Jenkins, GitLab actions.
• Knowledge of AWS would be a plus.
• Knowledge of python, shell scripting is a must
• MVC architecture knowledge
• Devops design patterns and principles.
• Very good English language skills in spoken and written.
