An innovative agency that unites the brightest minds in direct and digital marketing to push boundaries and challenge industry norms, is seeking an innovative and client-facing Digital Media Manager to join their fun and expanding team. The Manager will bring multi-channel digital media experience to oversee a team and a portfolio of digitally ambitious client accounts, driving performance through effective advertising strategies.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of direct reports to develop, implement, and optimize performance-focused media campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, YouTube, Amazon, and other platforms.
Manage media account plans, schedules, and campaign execution.
Lead testing and apply insights to develop strategies that yield the highest returns.
Ensure effective client communication through emails, meetings, and reporting.
Consult on digital marketing plans and on-site experiences for improved conversion and profitability.
Hands-on management and optimization of ads across various platforms.
Desired Skills & Experience:
4-5 years of hands-on digital media experience (3+ years in Paid Search required).
A track record of effectively managing demanding clients and increasing revenue.
Experience in team management and training.
Proficiency in data analysis and storytelling.
The salary ranges between $85,000 to $90,000 per year, based on experience.
