As a Digital Sales Specialist for Electrification Business Area in Shenzhen, Xiamen, China, you will be responsible for selling products and solutions in the market according to the needs of the business department in charge and achieve business targets.
Your responsibilities
Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships, understand customer needs, actively promote full product line solutions to customers, especially localized new product solutions, and ensure a good customer experience
Identifying and promoting new market opportunities, identify electrical accessories sales opportunities and promote related products and overall solutions to customers. Improving customer application technology analysis technology trends and innovations
Managing daily sales activities, provide management of sales process, supporting project management activities and collection work
Developing sales channels according to product characteristics, cooperating with channel management team to do daily channel management
Your background
Bachelor’s degree or above in science and engineering (electrical or electromechanical major is preferred);
More than three years of relevant electrical and related industry or job experience, have strong sales ability, with automation equipment and electrical auxiliary material experience and related application knowledge
Have strong learning ability; Customer-oriented; Have a strong sense of responsibility and focus on personal integrity
Must be result oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills as well as team work skill
Able to work independently under high pressure
