Citibank, N.A. seeks a Digital Software Engineer Lead Analyst for its Irving, Texas location.
Duties: Design and develop solutions using Robotics Process Automations, C#.NET and Python. Identify and analyze user requirements to translate into technology automation solutions. Design to estimate and deliver on-time to Citi Customers. Develop and design Robotics Process Automation requirements and analyze process flow creation. Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes and consequences of design. Analyze feasibility in order to determine new solutions and systems for Robotics Process automation. Design and review Robotics Process Automation solution architecture. Use Pega PRPC and Appian to Transform, Automate Risk and Control use cases. Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Review, test, and modify Robotics Process Automation Code. Confer with data processing or project managers to obtain information on limitations or capabilities for data processing projects. Manage a portfolio of Risk and Controls ecosystem solutions and be responsible for the delivery of all project tasks and outcomes. Partner with internal customers to assess needs & design solutions to improve efficiencies by automating repetitive processes; improve controls through standardization of workflows and process redesign. Create automation and process solutions per business and systems requirements. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field and 6 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, Lead Consultant, Technical Support Analyst, Service Application Engineer or related position involving Robotics Process Automation architecture and design. 6 years of experience must include: RPA Automation anywhere; Workflow digitization tools including Pega PRPC, Appian; and C#.NET.
