The Direct Response Officer plays a critical role in fundraising from new and multi-year direct marketing donors by rolling out campaigns to both offline and digital supporters. The Officer will be the project manager for our direct response campaigns to expand our reach to donors.
Purpose: The Direct Response Officer will manage digital and offline renewal, upgrade, reactivation, and stewardship campaigns aimed at retaining one-time and monthly donors
Engagement: The position will report to the Associate Director, Donor Marketing, and work very closely with the Donor Relations Associate, Donor Marketing, and Fundraising Systems teams.
Delivery: Project manage and analyze direct response and stewardship campaigns to increase donor retention
