What We Offer:

An exciting development opportunity within a high growth environment, allowing for personal and professional advancement working across a variety of Buyside account types.
High visibility across the firm, providing a platform to make a significant impact and collaborate with industry experts.
The chance to be part of an amazing team culture that values innovation, dedication, and excellence in client service.
Great benefits that support our team members' well-being and work-life balance, ensuring a rewarding experience at CreditSights.

We’ll Count on You To:

Take full commercial responsibility for managing all renewal processes, oversee and lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms that align with CreditSights' strategic goals while maintaining strong client relationships and retention within your territory.
Direct the end-to-end relationship management for your user base, driving engagement and encouraging optimal use of CreditSights' offerings through strategic relationship-building and high-quality service delivery.
Navigate the complete client life cycle with a hands-on approach, from onboarding to usage monitoring, identifying at-risk accounts, and conducting regular value reviews, to ensure continuous client engagement and satisfaction.
Engage in detailed quarterly territory and key account planning, leveraging data analysis to develop informed strategies and coordinating with internal and external parties to execute these plans effectively.

What You Need to Have:

A Bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance, Business, or a related field, laying the educational foundation for excellence in financial markets.
3-5+ years’ experience in client relationship management, sales, or client services, specifically within the financial markets, demonstrating an ability to foster and maintain client relationships.
A proven track record of high motivation and results-driven performance, consistently meeting or exceeding challenging quotas and demonstrating success in complex sales environments.
Strong business acumen and industry knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with clients regarding industry insights and product details.
Demonstrable experience with CRM tools and internal workflows, indicating a collaborative approach to sales and client service processes and a self-starter mentality for independently organizing and driving daily sales activities.
Negotiation skills coupled with the ability to clearly articulate the value proposition and competitive advantages of products and services to clients.

What Would Make You Stand Out:

Exceptional leadership and communication skills, including active listening, interpersonal engagement, and the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
